What does "monkshood" mean?
Monkshood: A plant of the genus Aconitum; aconite. See Aconite. MONK'S SEAM Monk's" seam`. (Naut.) An extra middle seam made at the junction of two breadths of canvas, ordinarily joined by only two rows of stitches.
